Mr. Joseph F. Martelli, Jr., CEO/President at Boss Property Management Group, LLC. has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of property management, general construction, and property maintenance programs.
A distinguished “self-starter,” Mr. Martelli backed by education in both Architectural and Mechanical Engineering has excelled in the industrial construction industry since 1976 (Power (Nuclear & Fossil), Steel and Chemical). Mr. Martelli embarked on a new adventure and started his own property management company in 2004, of which he is currently the chief executive officer and president. In his role, he is responsible for the implementation of the company business model, the design and oversight of property management services, new construction projects, property maintenance services, inspection programs, staff training and safety programs. Mr. Martelli has always enjoyed the challenges of construction development and property management and has spent time traveling throughout the United States and around the world using his education and experience to take on the management of complexed construction designs with great success. Because of his abilities and understanding of construction management he created and introduced a new business model for the property management industry, of which opened new opportunities to provide more services “One-Stop-Shop” to increase the volume of business and create a larger entity.
Mr. Martelli attributes the success of his career to his father for the way he raised him and teaching him work ethics. He also credits his grandfather, who had a uniqueness about his morals, and his admiration for George Washington because he never said quit. Upon his civic endeavors, Mr. Martelli participated in creating a marriage between the inspection industry and Rebuilding Together in Pittsburgh. He also sits on the board of directors for the Robinson Township Historical Society, in which he created a forensic research system of which was used to identify 48 revolutionary soldiers buried in the township and of which he erected and dedicated a stone monument to their historic services, a first of its kind. Likewise, Mr. Martelli belongs to the Sons of the American Legion and the Sons of the American Revolution. He is also a supporter of the local Fireman Association, Law Enforcement, and County Sheriffs Association. Reflecting on his career, the advice he can offer any up-and-coming professionals is that “you must first have the desire and second never take “no” as an answer in making your vision reality.”
