Purchasing a Home With a Private Well?
If you are purchasing a home with a private well, mortgage lenders will require a water test to insure the quality of the water. Most lenders will accept a property inspector as an independent tester.
Our property Certified Master Inspectors can offer water quality testing as an additional service or as part of your standard home inspection or on its own.
