Water Testing Lets You Know What Exactly You Are Drinking
Water Testing is a specialized test that identifies contaminants and prevents water-borne disease (microscopic organisms), such as viruses and bacteria that may be ingested through contaminated water.
Commonly conducted water quality tests include:
Temperature Rating, pH Levels, Chloride Levels, Salinity Levels, Dissolved Oxygen, Turbidity Test, Nitrate, Phosphate and Pesticides Test.
If you are purchasing a home with a private well, mortgage lenders will require a water test to ensure the quality of the water. Most lenders will accept a property inspector as an independent tester.
Our property Certified Master Inspectors can offer water quality testing as an additional service or as part of your standard home inspection or on its own.
