Single Component Inspections

Do you only need one or two items inspected? Typically, our single component inspections take approximately one hour to complete.

With just 1 or 2 parts of structural components to look at, the inspection is more focused. Often times in a appraiser might have identified a potential problem and need to know more about it or a re-inspection may be required after problem has been identified.

This type of inspections can be helpful in the following circumstances:

• Cracked foundation wall or missing and defective roof shingles.
• Structural inspection for a refinancing.
• To evaluate the integrity of your structure.

If you are pleased with the general condition of your structure, but have concerns related to a particular area or system contact BOSS to schedule an inspection.

After each inspection, we will explain the condition of the structure and systems with you or your agent. We will discuss any major issues that need to be addressed and also review the items you will want to keep an eye on for maintenance.
